Update 0.0.19 with leaderboard improvement and more

Thanks for player feedback on reddit. The game has been updated to improve the LEADERBOARDs and allow future total score calculation balance changes.

Change: open blank would now ignore any incorrect flags placed on blank and number tiles around where you open blank.

Minor UI and localization changes as well.
